Youth Group (Grades 6-12)
We strive to provide a safe and welcoming place for all of our youth to learn, grow, worship, and serve God in everything that we do.

General Information about our
youth groups
The youth group is
made up of two separate groups; Chi Rho for 6th-8th grade
students, and CYF for 9th-12th grade students.
The Chi Rho meeting area is in room 311 and the CYF meeting area, also known as the youth lounge, is in room 310.
As a part of the
Christian Church Disciples of Christ we affirm that everyone’s spiritual
journey is a bit different and strive to walk with you in that journey.
Our classes and
programs are set up to provide you with the tools to reach the answers to the
deeper questions of life and faith, while affirming you as a beloved child of
God.
Youth Education and Gatherings
There is a Youth
Sunday School class all year long in the youth lounge. The youth are invited to
come up to the youth lounge immediately following the 9:30am Rise service for
games and fellowship. The study portion of the class begins soon after 11:00
am.
Throughout the school
year there are Youth Group gatherings in the Youth Lounge on Sunday Evenings. Chi Rho begins at 5:00 pm and ends at 6:30 pm. CYF begins at 6:00 pm and ends at 8:00 pm. During the overlap time the two groups share dinner together. On the first Sunday of the month both groups will meet together for an activity night. The Sunday evening program will begin on September 18th.

Mission Trip: Each year our youth

serving different communities, learning about God's people, and learning about
living as a Christian community.
